Double Spicy! Toufu and Sausage

Always fun using odds and ends to make lunch! Today, I found a red bell pepper, half a tomato, scallions. I needed to use up the toufu and chicken sausage. Well, I'd forgotten the sausage is already spicy and decided to sprinkle my favorite MySpiceSage curry powder and San-J tamari to the toufu!!! My mouth is burning but in nice way! Helps to clear the sinus too, so not complaining. However, I'm not a fan of overly spicy foods that ruin your taste buds so you can't taste anything. Had one of these experiences?

Variety makes lunch easy!

Today's lunch is another 'mix and match' kinda dish. If you use roast chicken, shred it thinner so it will absorb the salad dressing and give it more flavor. I had more of the chicken roast pepper, spinach sausage, goat cheese, wall nuts penne, last of the pickles and handful of sweet potato chips. You know, in England, they call these crisps. It took me forever to get used to calling these chips! Chips are fries in UK, waiters would get so confused when I first arrived in the states, oops. Waiters also made fun when I asked for 'water'! Think it's way we pronounce our 'a'. This is my daily diluted apple cider vinegar drink, my hubby's aunt swore by this. Supposed to help your PH balance, digestion and detox. I find it refreshing.
