I LOVE curry(from Myspicesage.com, love this) anything as you know, so I used it to spice up pork chops and grilled them. Made a ton of bean and grape tomato salad, slurp and watched Survivor. We missed watching it last night because we were invited to a new restaurant opening. It was worth it, Little Lotus Miami was definitely a "hidden treasure"! Go read my review, try it and see if I'm not right! Oh, I cut half of this huge chop to have tomorrow.

Yay, Little Red Dot's Pork Jerky(Bak Kwa) came just in time to add to some green curry left over from last night's tasting (more about this later.) Need protein to make my lunch balanced. Yep, down to bare fridge to make space for cooking class food!

Canned tomatoes, myspicesage good curry powder made for an easy, quick sauce for the toufu cubes! Added a few chopped sugar snap & chopped scallions, placed on bed of soba. Lunch always includes fresh made salad & balsamic dressing. Satisfying.

My thought process for this dish? I wanted to do something other than grilled salmon. So, I used a "breaded" technique but with yoki (seasoned cassava flour) and Myspicesage.com curry powder. Yup, curry again! Stir frying the curry yoki salmon in my cast iron wok gave it a nice, crispy texture. The yoki burned quite quickly so i have to watch it more closely.
Presented on a bed of field greens & topped with a few cubes of pineapple. They gave a juicy sweetness that I love with fish.
