It's always good to have paratha or Chipati in the freezer and today is one of those days. Easy to heat up in my wok. Fry an egg, BREAKFAST! Just found out Methi is similar to fenugreek. Got lots more Wok Breakfast ideas here.

Lots of great ingredients leftover from prepping for my cooking class: red bell, scallions, straw mushrooms, YUM! Cooked in my cast iron wok, the best material for omelets and most anything! Oh, spiked with a little Yuzupao chili sauce.
