Curry Grilled Pork, Cauliflower Stir Fry Was A Hit!

MySpiceSage curry powder on pork shoulder is so intoxicating when it hits the grill. My fav is dry rub cause it crisps up the meat. So easy, just salt, then sprinkle curry powder, under hot broiler till golden brown & crispy both sides.

I stir fried green cauliflower & red bell pepper, perfect with grilled curry pork.

When my hubby keeps saying 'delicious' through dinner, I think that means it was a hit!

Curry Pork Chop & Bean Salad

I LOVE curry(from Myspicesage.com, love this) anything as you know, so I used it to spice up pork chops and grilled them. Made a ton of bean and grape tomato salad, slurp and watched Survivor. We missed watching it last night because we were invited to a new restaurant opening. It was worth it, Little Lotus Miami was definitely a "hidden treasure"! Go read my review, try it and see if I'm not right! Oh, I cut half of this huge chop to have tomorrow.

Grilled Lamb Chops, Perfect With Kimchi and Salad

This grilled lamb chop was so tender and succulent!  I smothered the chop with MySpiceSage Asian seasoning, a dry rub, sprinkled shredded Ginger, a little olive oil, that's IT! Finished up the last of my home made kimchi and made a big salad. I didn't eat my whole chop, too much in one sitting, learning to 'edit'. Think I'll sleep really well tonight!

Alternative St.Patrick dinner

Last minute menu change cause I had to cook all the pork shoulder and use up a lot of vegetables in the fridge. When you grill pork, you have to eat it fresh! I used my favorite MySpiceSage.com Hot Curry Powder, it always turns out succulent and hits the spot. Made some red quinoa, stir fried zucchini, carrots, snow peas. I had stir fried 2 wokfuls of mushrooms, boy do they shrink or what! My hubby kept saying "umm, delicious!" so guess he enjoyed.

Curry Yoki Salmon with Salad

My thought process for this dish? I wanted to do something other than grilled salmon. So, I used a "breaded" technique but with yoki (seasoned cassava flour) and Myspicesage.com curry powder. Yup, curry again! Stir frying the curry yoki salmon in my cast iron wok gave it a nice, crispy texture. The yoki burned quite quickly so i have to watch it more closely.

Presented on a bed of field greens & topped with a few cubes of pineapple. They gave a juicy sweetness that I love with fish.
