A cast iron wok makes the best omelet, it never sticks & you can make with one egg or many. Top with Lingham's chili sauce to perk up.
I am so sick of hearing about folks who use nonstick or buy cheap steel woks (wrote about Yucky Nonstick, can't locate post, phooey), then complain their food sticks, veggies are soupy, wok rusts, etc It's NOT just the right wok, it's technique and the MOST ESSENTIAL component to successful wok cooking is using a portable gas stove to control instantaneous heat!!! This is why I put my Wok Star Kit together so you'll be Wok Stars!!!
This may seem like I'm made it too complicated but not if you are SERIOUS about doing it RIGHT! Many are THRILLED when they hear this SIMPLE SOLUTION. If you're not serious, then keep using a cheap wok & electric stove & continue with inedible food! Just sayin'
