Dr. Oz mentioned hemp seeds was even better than flax seeds! Yeah, but mucho more moola! Think I'll stick to Flax seeds. Tip is to only grind the amount you want to eat fresh. This provides its full nutritional & optimum value. Coconut milk has no sugar so I was immediately interested in this. Both soy and almond milk have high sugar content. I wish I could've tried some before purchasing this huge carton! Well, not a fan of texture and doesn't taste of coconut at all? Isn't the point of eating is to enjoy? Steel cut oats, coconut milk, fresh fruit, protein powder, roasted almonds, hit of granola.
