Curry Pork Chop & Bean Salad

I LOVE curry(from Myspicesage.com, love this) anything as you know, so I used it to spice up pork chops and grilled them. Made a ton of bean and grape tomato salad, slurp and watched Survivor. We missed watching it last night because we were invited to a new restaurant opening. It was worth it, Little Lotus Miami was definitely a "hidden treasure"! Go read my review, try it and see if I'm not right! Oh, I cut half of this huge chop to have tomorrow.

Quick Dinner Change for Survivor

I can't get used to Survivor switching from Thursday to Wednesday. I had 10 minutes to get this ready. I was making a tilapia fish stew using up all the veggies in the fridge. I had to clear it out for my cooking class. That's why it's always good to have veggie burgers in your freezer. A quick salad with some sweet potato chips did the trick. Nothing beats watching it on day of in case of twitter spoilers!

Skirt Steak for Survivor Night

I like to be totally ready when it's Survivor night so I don't miss the recap! My grilled skirt steak with the Stubbs BBQ sauce side is delicious!!! The other night we had the Satay sauce side! Yes, instead of using just one marinade, I decided to use two! I LOVE pulling things together and make into a whole new dish! I added a few marinated toufu cubes & topped with my radish, carrot pickle to kick it up with crunch & a little sour hit to wake up the dish! (note: I did not warm pickles, no.)

Oops, I thought hubby said he was late, so I decided to eat first!
